The Santos Tour Down Under is back for 2020, taking over the streets and surrounding areas of Adelaide from the 16th to the 26th of January.

The highly regarded bike race is the most popular one in the southern hemisphere, and 2020 will be no different. With its rich history and fiery competition, there’s a reason it’s called Australia’s biggest cycling race.
The Santos Festival of Cycling takes over the city for 11 days, with gala dinners, street parties and an amazing atmosphere for riders, spectators and locals. What better way to start this year of cycling, in the right gear!
Has the excitement of the tour got you revving to get onto your bike? Spectators and locals can experience the festival off and on the track with the Subaru Breakaway Series. With events like the Challenge Tour presented by The Advertiser, you can test your own riding skills on the same roads as the WorldTour cyclist, just switch on your strava and it’ll be like you’re there with the best cyclists on the planet.
Get Everyone on a Bike
If you’re interested in something a little more family-friendly, Westpac is holding a Family Ride event. A great opportunity to round up the family and ride as many laps of the course as you can. Great for riders of all skill levels and on any type of bike.
There’s also the Westpac Mini Tour for Kids, between the ages of 6 and 12. They can feel like a tour down under champion, riding their Mini Commuter Bike, to victory.
